TC Studio provides web design, web development, and template customisation services. The specific scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files and access are handed over. Payment details and methods will be confirmed in your project proposal.
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a single-use, non-transferable licence to use the design, code, and assets created for your project. This licence permits you to use, modify, and deploy the work for your own business or personal use.
You are not permitted to share, distribute, resell, sublicence, or provide copies of the design, code, or assets to any third party. This includes but is not limited to: giving files to other businesses, uploading to template marketplaces, sharing in public repositories, or providing the work to competitors or associates.
The licence is granted per project and per client. Each design remains exclusive to the client it was created for. Until full payment is received, all work remains the sole property of TC Studio.
Violation of these terms may result in the immediate revocation of the licence and the right to pursue legal action for damages.
TC Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
A reasonable number of revisions are included in every project as part of the agreed scope. If changes go beyond the original brief or involve significant new features, we will discuss the additional cost with you before proceeding.
We provide estimated timelines for every project. These are given in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to feedback turnaround, scope changes, or factors outside our control. We will keep you informed throughout.
TC Studio will always work to the highest standard, but we cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers time and resources already committed. Any completed work up to the point of termination will be delivered upon settlement of outstanding fees.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If anything here is unclear, please reach out via our contact page. We are happy to clarify.
